bioDensity is a way for adults and seniors to safely and comfortably counteract the effects of osteoporosis, osteopenia, and aging. Our program also focuses on the following:

How It Works
Our program elicits results faster and more effectively than traditional exercise or pharmaceuticals through two state-of-the-art fitness technologies:
bioDensityTM
Weight-bearing exercises are the key to stimulating bone growth, and the greater the weight applied, the better the results. bioDensity delivers weight—known as osteogenic loading—at multiples of your bodyweight, and beyond what is typically achieved in basic exercise. Studies show after one year of using bioDensity, on average, patients experience bone density gains of seven percent in the hip and 7.7 percent in the spine—results exponentially higher than those seen in traditional bone density interventions (Jaquish, 2013). Research has also shown significant stability and functional movement improvements with multiple populations. After each session, you’ll receive a Performance Report detailing and analyzing your overall progress and offering tips to enhance your program.
Research has shown that activities that involve impact level force/loading are most useful for increasing or maintaining bone mass. bioDensity places the user/patient in positions of optimal biomechanics, which then can allow for loading that is multiples of bodyweight, these loads are near or equal to the levels seen in impact loading.
Power PlateTM
Power Plate is a whole-body vibration platform that allows for reflexive engagement of the neuromuscular system at rapid and repeatable oscillation. This intervention has been clinically shown to increase balance and stability in both healthy and aging-frail populations.
