Fitness for Health’s pediatric occupational therapy services are designed to help children with a broad range of special needs enhance their self-esteem and self-confidence and reach their greatest potential.
Physical therapy is recommended for children who are not meeting their milestones, as well as children who are experiencing physical challenges due to a condition or injury affecting their musculoskeletal system.
We recognize that success in sports goes far beyond just physical training. Our approach integrates both cognitive training and physical activity to create a more comprehensive development experience.
Our team of integrated movement specialists is not only highly skilled in physical fitness and rehabilitation but is also deeply attuned to the unique needs of individuals with developmental delays, low self-confidence, and low self-esteem.
Our Zoning In therapeutic summer program (ages 4-10) integrates concepts of the Zones of Regulation and social thinking with motor activities, encouraging campers to explore and improve their social skills and motor development.
